Valley West Landscapes

The work has to be done over again. A retaining wall was built that is not within the specifications of the contract. No drainage was added to the wall or lower sod area. The wall needs to be rebuilt and drainage needs to be added to the wall and lawn below it. the sod needs to be redone. The work outlined in the contract was not completed such as hooking up irrigation and drip lines as well as application of bark dust. The job was paid in full but is scheduled to be redone by another landscaper. I am asking for credit for the redo but Valley West will not comply.
