We have contact Mr*** *** twice since receiving your first letter.We offered to go and recheck his refrigerator and he refused stating that he had an issue with *** and he was waiting for a response.The original service ticket was for checking a rattling noiseNo noise was made when we
were there and we checked the refrigerator for loose componentsWe found the condenser fan shroud loose and adjustedWe never said we would order parts for the ice maker or refrigeratorTech might had said if the noise was a banging noise then there is a fixLike we said before customer has refused further service from us. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and contend the response is not truthful in content.As your agency noted, the company Valley Wide Appliance did not respond to the Revdex.com in the time your office provided.  I have already responded to your office regarding the company's lack of response to me.I have since contacted [redacted], and a transcript of [redacted]''[redacted] that I had on June 21, 2017 stated  the work ticket number under Valley Wide Appliance had been closed.  I was not previously notified.   Since then, upon my request, [redacted] sent another appliance repair company representative to my residence, who was very responsive and who provided a full explanation of the problem of my refrigerator, one that I have to bring up with [redacted].I am certainly done dealing with Alberto G[redacted].
