VALLEY WIDE TOWING LLC 9/27/Dear Bertha Bejarano, Rivard Road Moreno Valley CA 9255###-###-#### [redacted] This will be our final response in this matter, I will not have our business credibility or personal integrity questioned any furtherPlease direct any future correspondence from or regarding Ms [redacted] ni to: O'Brand Law Group, Golden Lantern, Dana Point CA, ATTN: [redacted] or [redacted] In response to Ms [redacted] nis newest statements: 1.Yelp reviews This "site" does not apply to our type of business as we are not a "regular" tow yard such as a AAA yard or road service providerWe tow for many Law Enforcement and government agencies and unfortunately when someone's own action causes their vehicle to be towed or impounded by one of these agencies they take it out on usNOBODY is happy to have their vehicle towed, impounded or seized nor have we ever been thanked for the police towing or impounding their vehicleMs [redacted] ni still states that "the owner laughed out loud" and "laughed in my face" yet I again state as I did in my first correspondence that I have never spoke to Ms [redacted] ni nor have I ever seen her face as she refused to come to our facility and take any property and release the vehicle to her insuranceI would have been pleased to meet with Ms [redacted] ni at any time her vehicle was stored here and to this day I still don't understand her refusal to come to our facility, she obviously comes out to this areaAlso, I have never made any such statement as "My safe little Beverly Hills" This is just a bizarre thing to accuse me ofAgain, the police were never involved in this nor were we ever contacted by the police and I guarantee they did not tell her they have " an ongoing problem" with our facilityIf Ms [redacted] ni can provide the officer name badge or NORA number I will address thisMs [redacted] ni also stated that the police provided her with a fax number, like I stated in the last correspondence, this is not possible as we have no fax numberMs [redacted] ni stated her insurance company is "suing us separately" for a "GUADGE" We have never heard anything from the insurance company that picked up the vehicle regarding any issue with damage and probably wont as Ms [redacted] ni vehicle was totaled and all damage was caused by her own actionsIn closing I do not to stress that this entire situation was caused by Ms [redacted] ni unwillingness to come to our facility after her accident and collect her personals (sunglasses, lipstick,etc) and release her vehicle to a third partyShe elected to release her vehicle and all property to the third towing company by emailNow I must question her motive and why she has targeted us when three(3) other companies have handle her vehicle after us! Her vehicle sat at an insurance salvage yard(Copart) and then was taken to Driven solutions and finally Collision Consultants but yet she wants to harass us with claims and allegations? September 15, 2017 Dear Representative of the Revdex.com: I have read the complaint from Ms*** and can confirm that the allegations of items missing from Ms.*** ***s vehicle are totally as are most of her statements. We have pictures and video of the
vehicle and all visible items arriving at our facility AND pictures of the vehicle/items leaving our facility in the vehicle as her insurance tow truck was picking it upEVERYTHING that was there when we towed it from the accident scene was there when the towing company she released her vehicle to picked the vehicle up, so maybe she should direct her accusations their way or to the tow facility that housed her vehicle after it left our facilityOur facility is also under hour camera surveillance as we are a contracted police evidence hold, her vehicle was parked directly in front of of our indoor camerasThe pictures taken at the accident scene also reflect that the glass in the photo was already broken, this is before our truck even loaded it upHer vehicle sustained severe front end damage after she rear ended another vehicle and very well could have caused the glass to break. Background: Ms ***ni's vehicle was towed to our facility after she collided with another vehicle, after her vehicle had been stored indoors at our facility she REFUSED to come down and clear out her personal belongings and sign the release to let the insurance company pick it up
AS NOTED IN MY COMPLAINT, I HAD TO INVOLVE THE POLICE BECAUSE THE TOW YARD REFUSED TO RELEASE MY CAR TO MY INSURANCE - AS CALIFORNIA LAW ALLOWSFURTHERMORE, I PROVIDED MY SIGNATURE/LICENSE/AND INFORMAITON TO EFFECTUATE THE RELEASE, BUT THE YARD REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FAX OR EMAILWHEN QUOTING THE LEGAL STATUTOTRY AUTHORITY TO DO SO, THE OWNER (WHO WROTE THIS) LAUGHED OUT LOUD AND TOLD ME TO GO TO COURT OR CALL THE POLICEAS SUCH, I CALLED THE POLICE WHO CONTACTED THIS TWO YARD TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATIONTHE POLICE EXPLAINED THEY HAVE AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY AND PROVIDED ME THE FAX AND EMAILFURTHERMORE, THE POLICE VOLUNTARILY OFFERED TO COME TO THE YARD IF MY INSURANCE COMPANY HAD ANY ISSUE OBTAINING THE VEHCILE - SINCE THIS YARD IS NATORIOUS FOR THIS BEHAVIORAS SUCH, I NOTIFIED THE YARD, WHO REFUSED TO RESPOND AND ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMESDECLARATIONS, RECORDS AND FURTHER DOCUMENTS ARE BEING LODGED IN FURTHER CIVIL SUIT AGAINST THE SAMEIF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ ANY YELP/ETC REVIEWS, THERE IS A CONSISTENT THEME TO THIS YARD: THEFT, DAMAGE, EXTORTION
This is not a violation of any law, as we are required to have a signed release from the vehicle owner to release a vehicle to another partyMs*** made the choice to do her release by email and never came to our facility or clear out her belongings

Ms***ni also states the tow company then proceeded to put a running gauge in my passenger side" I have no idea what a "running gauge" is but if she is claiming we damaged the vehicle, let me again clarify she was involved in a major traffic collision and any damage was caused by her own actions
THE GAUDGE WAS NOTED BY INSURANCE AND THEY ARE SUING YOU SEPERATLY FOR THATIT IS 100% INCONSISTENT WITH FRONT END DAMAGE SUSTAINED; IT WAS ON THE PASSANGER SIDE.I TOOK PHOTO'S BEFORE YOU TOOK IT AND WHEN IT WAS RECECVIVED BY INSURANCE THEY ALSO TOOK PHOTOS AT YOUR LOT
