The finance coverified the the contract with the customer before we delivered the machineI apologize I don't speak Spanish ..I explained to the son that his mom needed to call between 9am-9:30am to speak to ***T he reason is his mom is
on the contract not himAs far as the cancellation goes the customer did not call back for a couple of days.She did talk to *** and explained to her we never received her cancellation
I explained to them what to do & they still didn't do it.Once the fincogets the contract our responsibility becomes custsrvcas in any questions or supplies they may need

The company sold this Kirby vacuum to me, a senior woman knowing I had no incomeI clearly told them I did not have a job and they told me to lie to the finance company and say I was receiving income from social securityI felt very pressured with three men in my homeAlso, when my son called to cancel, *** himself tried making my son feel bad by saying that I shouldn't cancel because the person who sold me the vacuum wouldn't get his chance to enter the vacation trip and would not get paidI am filing a civil court case against this company for fraud

The contract has been canceled and the machine has been returnedThere should be no further issues.

I went to the office and returned the machine after they didn't show for the 2nd scheduled pick upThe front desk lady refused to give me a receipt so I was leaving with the machine and she came outside and handed me the hand written paper it wasn't signed I told her that wasn't good enough it had
no signatureShe snatched the paper out of my hand and scribbled a non legible signatureShe them took the machine inside with herThey go by Valley Wide LLC in the paperwork but the door to the business says Imole SolutionsI was told the front desk lady name is *** but in person she said that was not her nameI sent the bottom portion of my cancellation to them on 4/27/sent it certified and they claim they never got itYet I have confirmation messages showing it was delivered to front desk reception on 4/30/@12:24pm which is before the deadline stated on my contract.? I've contacted the the finance company who is United Consumer Financial Services CompanyThey needed me to fax them copies of everythingWhich I did today 5/7/If anything else is needed please let me know via email or phone ***[email protected] ###-###-####
