I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[[redacted] stated that if there was no loan accepted there was no charge & the deposit for 3rd party costs would be refunded. End of statement, there was no if this or costs for this or that. Only 3rd party costs such as appraisals, environmental surveys, title company... There were NONE of these costs & [redacted] would have been paid had a deal come to fruiton. Your Answer Here]
