Matt's Garage has failed to achieve accurate, records retention practices
Matt's Garage was used on numerous occasions to maintain and\or repair a truck used for farm purposes and/or other implement repairs I purchased the truck in a state of uneconomical repair I was working - full time - at another area business At that point in time, time was more important than money Throughout several expensive repair jobs, Matt's Garage was unable to properly document my information (as the owner) on the receipt that I received for the repairs Since I could see that these records were being entered in the computer (before my eyes), then I would hypothesize that all records involving my vehicle may be inaccurate I requested to several members of the staff/owners that this information be changed My requests were denied/ignored I believe this occurs because the Company already had the vehicle on file (associated with the names of the previous owners) Furthermore, some of the staf
