avoid this company like the plague, I got a wheelchair from them and it was defective the brake kept loosening up, they came and fixed it twice and it still happened so they replaced it and a week later the screw came out of the lock and when I called to get them to fix it, they told me to go [redacted] myself we are not fixing it go get a new one somewhere else
