[redacted] & ***, We have received the notices of your complaints with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General’s Office I certainly wish that you had contacted me personally before you took that step so we could resolve your issue and not let it get this farI was out of state on business and this is the very first I have heard of this situation that seems to have gotten way out of hand We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction and we are happy and more than willing to be fair and resolve any situation that is deemed unsatisfactory by one of our clients After reviewing the situation with both our market rep (Sue) and our digital specialist (James) it has been decided that we will refund the entire internet portion of your advertising program and cancel the remaining portion of the contractThis (digital) is the portion of the program that did not meet your expectation and that apparently you had issue with You have paid for print mailing/internet packages to date ($month for print & $month for the internet portionWith a balance of one mailing/internet portion still due We are going to refund the entire internet portion of your previous mailings that you have paid to date ($358) and apply that amount to the print portion still owing of $(We will also credit the balance due of the 3rd months internet) Finally, we are going to cancel the remaining portion of your contract obligation for both print and internet I am truly sorry that this program that has worked so well for so many of our clients was not a fit for you and your business and hope that this meets your satisfaction and you will still use and enjoy our Valpak envelopePlease reply to this e-mail and let me know if this is satisfactory and we will complete the processI look forward to visiting and meeting you and thank you for the opportunity to make things right Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns(253) 222- My best, Steve

and this is the very first I have heard of this situation that seems to have gotten way out of hand.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction and we are happy and more than willing to be fair and resolve any situation that is deemed unsatisfactory by one of our clients.
After reviewing the situation with both our market rep (Sue) and our digital specialist (James) it has been decided that we will refund the entire internet portion of your advertising program and cancel the remaining portion of the contract. This (digital) is the portion of the program that did not meet your expectation and that apparently you had issue with.
You have paid  for 2 print mailing/internet packages to date ($338 month for print & $179 month for the internet portion. With a balance of one mailing/internet portion still due.
We are going to refund the entire internet portion of your previous mailings that you have paid to date ($358) and apply that amount to the print portion still owing of $338.00. (We will also credit the balance due of the 3rd months internet) 
Finally, we are going to cancel the remaining portion of your contract obligation for both print and internet.
I am truly sorry that this program that has worked so well for so many of our clients was not a fit for you and your business and hope that this meets your satisfaction and you will still use and enjoy our Valpak envelope.
