Placed order for high end cleaning kit on April 10th, 2019. Received an email on May 7th, 2019, stating the order had shipped. It is now May 19th, 2019, and I have yet to receive the order; tracking states that USPS is still AWAITING receipt of the package. Some answers would be nice.
I manage a corporate dental practice and am reconsidering offering anything Valplast.

however, the day after I filed my complaint, ValPlast decided to finally ship the product I paid for If they had responded to my phone calls all this extra effort would not have been necessary.
The product was shipped on February ** and received on the *** I am not pleased with their business practices but consider this issue resolved I will still not do business with them again in the future

[redacted]Received product Saturday, February **, one day shy of taking one month to ship from New York to New Hampshire, paying $7.70 for shipping.  No explanation why it took that long, but money taken out of my account immediately. I guess the issue is resolved, but don't think I'll do business with them again. Thank you for your assistance.
