For the past years I have wanted to visit Ellwood Epps and today was that day(April 13th 2016) I have followed the store from before the days of internet with their old black and white flyers delivered in the mailMy experience today was over the topThe store is small and crowded with narrow aisles but they have merchandise you will not find anywhere elseThe prices in most cases was about half of what the big outdoor box stores are chargingThere was lots of knowledgeable staff on hand to add to this unique shopping experienceSo glad we made the hour journey to the store

just made a purchase new salesman could not answer questions nor did he get help,said he was sending item out that day.a week and 1/2 later I called to find out it's sitting in another town ¿ . I called the shipper and they said they would call post office then email back then nothing had to call again to find out that no effort was made and was to wait until time run out for to be returned to sender possibly 2 to3 weeks ¿
its worth it to pay extra not to deal with incompetents
