Review: I had ordered [redacted] on 12/03/13 it arrived 2 weeks later, as a xmas gift the holster didn't fit, the day after xmas I call and get a return authorization number and pack it up for return shipping. I wait, this past Monday 1/13/14 I call them asking where my refund is , they admit they received it on 1/2/14 however it can take up to 60 days to get a refund. Plus I get hit for sales tax, shipping , handling, and a shipping and handling tax. This is clearly fraud and I am not pleased with their supposed policies, I would ask the Revdex.com to look into their dealings because if it's happened to me it's happened to others as wellDesired Settlement: 49.95 for item, 3.00 sales tax. 6.95 shipping & 0.42 shipping & handling tax all refunded totaling 60.32

Thank you for taking my call this afternoon. Hopefully we can get this misunderstanding resolved.

I received you letter late yesterday afternoon and pulled up Mr. [redacted]’s order history regarding his complaint.

On November 26, 2013 Mr. [redacted] placed a web order for 1 [redacted] Shoulder Holster Semi-Auto for a cost of $49.95 + $3.00 Tax + $6.95 Shipping & Handling and his state requires Tax also be charged for shipping which came to $0.42 for a grand total of $60.32 charged to his Visa card. The order shipped on November 27, 2013 UPS Sure Post.

On December 26, 2013 at 10:31 AM Mr. [redacted] called into our call center (###-###-####) and advised the agent he wanted to return the holster for a refund. The agent issued him RMA #39780 authorizing the return.

On January 02, 2014 we received the holster back and finance was notified and a credit of $52.95 was credited to Mr. [redacted]’s Visa card. This amount represents cost of the item $49.95 plus tax $3.00 = $52.95. The shipping of $6.95 plus the required state tax on shipping of $0.42 was not refunded based on our Returns Policy stated on the web:

Returns/Exchanges

All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of materials. In all cases you must call our Customer Service Department at ###-###-#### for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. We can only refund postage costs if the return is the result of our error. Complete instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise can be found on the back of the packing slip shipped with your order.

Once I compiled this information I contacted Mr. [redacted] yesterday afternoon and apologized for the miscommunication regarding his refund and that I found documentation through Cyber Source (Credit Card Repository) that a credit of $52.95 was credited to his Visa card on January 2, 2014. I also explained that the refund did not include the shipping of $6.95 which could not refunded, or the tax on the shipping of $0.42 as his state requires that tax. Mr. [redacted] stated that he had been checking his account and had not seen the refund as of yet. I asked him to please check with his bank on Tuesday and call me at my office number ###-###-#### if it was not there. I also asked Mr. [redacted] to call me in the future if he had any future issues and thanked him for his support of the NRA.

On January 21, 2014 I contacted Mr. [redacted] regarding the credit and he informed me that the bank verified that credit had been issued on January 2, 2014. I thanked Mr. [redacted] hung up and called your office.

Please let me know if further documentation is needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Had the NRA Store telephone rep had informed me the credit was already issued I would have never contacted you team that with TD Bank's lousy practice of posting transactions on my account digitally it appeared I was being stalled off. I want to thank the Revdex.com of Western Virginia for assisting me in resolving this matter. Have a happy new year and thank you again
