hello i'm repling regards to complint #*** she check in around 5:pm after minute she had campalint about that stain on cover so I ask its on pillow case she said its on cover I went to check her room its stain was so littel dots and its on blanket not on sheets then after
hour she called office to change room her room close to exit door and she want room far from exit door but we dont have other room open that time then she call again and ask corporate number we tell her we dont have corporate this is a private business so she hang up rideway so we call again to her room she dont answers so I went to her room and tell her nicely if you dont liked hear we will give you money back that was happen so next day they check out at 11:am on same night the come again to rent a room we refused to rent room to them if you have any regarding question please call *** *** *** thanks manajement

I am rejecting this response because:  I am not satisfied with the response. The business had very bad customer service. I never came back to rent a room the next day after I left. I did ask for corporate office information so that I can tell them about my stay there. They were rude like I said and tried to force me to leave after I talked to them about the stain on the cover. All I asked them for was another cover. They were yelling about giving me a refund when I never suggested a refund. They tried to force me to leave and I had no where else to go that night and I am seven months pregnant at the time. My place of residence was seven hours away. I ask that when I am in town again and decide to stay there again that they treat me with upmost respect like a customer should be. That was my first time there ever and they were horrible with customer service. That is why I contacted Revdex.com. I couldn't get to the information to speak to the owner or higher management.
