We Honored the lease and charged accordingly. We cannot Honor verbal agreements since there is no proof what was said by either party. This is why we have a lease.2. We did not know nor were we informed of any water damage to the unit. We would of repaired unit if we had known.3. If the tenant was unhappy with our service why did the tenant rent for 5 years. We feel the tenant has buyers remorse.
