Not profitable to complete BPO's for them as delayed payments cost me on my vehicle expense outlay and other time and material costs. So much time spent calling them with always an excuse and payments to be made shortly. Why isn't federal loan and banking laws on mortgages seeing this as fraud and theft if not paid. The BPO is tied to the property mortgage service, so where is the LAW enforcement? Several bad BPO service companies have long complaint lists of non-payment. What about states attorney general office? Reference a bad one Broker Price Opinion got me and two other of my company agents for about $2,000. never paid and we gave up on wasting time. Watch out and check it out.
