9.22.14  Spoke with Mr. [redacted].  Said if Mr. [redacted] will provide Mr. [redacted] with a copy of the alledged phone conversations....he will refund 100% of money.  Must be provided to Mr. [redacted] by October 2nd.  Otherwise will have t0 days f rom October 2nd....or October 12th to remove the truck from the company's premises or a charge of $10.00 will be accessed until truck is picked up.

Also the title is in [redacted]' name I never put it in my name. I will agree to everything else but the amount is 4065.00. They have used my money for almost 4 months now witch has cost me money by not being able to invest that 4065.00 in other vehicles. To settle this I will agree to everything else on the agreement just change the amount to 4065.00 that is what I paid.

Mr. [redacted] called 7.21 to provide his position on this dispute.  Said Mr. [redacted] is not his customer.  In fact in order to purchase at the auto auction, you...

must be a business.  The car was titled in Mr. [redacted] company name......[redacted] Sales.  Mr. [redacted] said Mr. [redacted] misrepresented himself in this complaint.  Mr. [redacted] further stated that according to their policies and procedures....a single repair must be $700 or over to qualify for  their arbitration.  The repair in question did not qualify.  Mr. [redacted] charged Mr. [redacted] for a new part when in fact he installed a new one.  Mr. [redacted] owes Mr. [redacted] $90.00 for labor and the used part.

It has been over two months since this has started. I am not taking the truck. I just want my
money back. I arbitrated the truck. [redacted] called my wife, he said it would only cost $50 to fix it and it
would only be a week. He said he would not cash the check until the truck was fixed and I checked it out.
Three weeks went by. He cashed the check and didn't even have the truck fixed. Obviously there is more
than $700.00 worth of repairs to fix the truck. [redacted] lied to my wife and I am not going to take a truck
they doped up and I have to fix. It costs $125 an hour for my mechanic to work on anything, so I know
after all this time, he hasn't fixed the problem.
The title has never been in my name. The title is still in [redacted]s name, so [redacted] lied about that. I
am personally taking the title to [redacted]' today. If this is not resolved, I am giving them my attorney's
information. [redacted]
They do this every time you try to arbitrate a vehicle, no matter what is wrong with it. For
example; I bought a 2002 Chevy truck 4x4. I arbitrated it because the 4 wheel drive did not work and
they did the same thing. They said there was nothing wrong with the 4 wheel drive and that it was less
than a $700.00 fix. After taking the truck to my mechanic, the 4 wheel drive was out and did not work at
all. It cost me $1400.00 to fix just the 4 wheel drive. This is Just one of many cars they have done this to
me on. I stayed away from this auction for over a year because of this. They have their mechanlc lie
instead of having an impartial third party check it out. By the time you get the vehicle to a garage to
have it checked out, you are stuck with it.
When [redacted] cashed my check, my wife called him and told [redacted] he lied about ever thing. The
truck still was not fixed and I do not want the truck, so do not fix it. If he put any money into it, that is on
him. He was told I was not taking the truck at this point. I just want my money back and I will never go to
this auction again. I go to four other auctions and have never had to arbitrate a vehicle at any of them.
The only resolution I will accept, is my money back.
