I looked up the business operating hours and the wite said they close at 7:30pmWe walked in at 7:11pm and as we were walking in, the security guard yells, "Yall got minutes." Then as I'm looking for items, they turned off the lights at 7:20pm and locked the doorsIf they were dimming thenlihhts, that would be one thing, but they pretty much left us in the dark in the back of the store and we had to use our phones to see the product labelsIf you close at 7:30, I should be able to make purchases until 7:30, not be threatened saying, "Y'all ain't gon be able to buy y'all stuff in a minute" when it's only 7:23pm

First of all, we do not have cashier name ***, and non of our employee has name close to [redacted] at all.Second, our POS system is computerized, and even the customer doesn't have the receipt, we are able to find it and print out anytime.Third, if we kept her receipt, she can ask us to gave her backAlso, we gave the return receipt to the customer when they made return or refundWe do not have any problem to reprint her receipt any time.She should ask one of our people to do itWe are willing to help our customers any time.Thanks

Review: I purchase a comb that attach to a hair dryer on Sunday 11-15-15, I asked do this comb fit most hair dryer, the cashier name [redacted] stated yes it do. I got home and it does not fit. I then return the hair dryer comb the next day on 11-16-15, I explain to the cashier, which was the same person the day before, that it didn't fit, so I gave him my receipt and the product, he looked at it and started typing on the cash register and printed a little strip of paper and told me to fill out the little strip paper with my name and phone number, when I was finished fill out the little paper, he took the little slip of paper and gave me $3.16 and kept my receipt. My complaint is why they can not give you a copy of the receipt when you do have other items that you have purchase and that you have not return.

So, now I don't have a receipt, what if I wanted to return other items within there return policy. I have No ReceiptDesired Settlement: I need to know why they keep your receipt when you return items within their 7 day return policy and they don't want to give you a copy. Most retailers give you a copy of your receipt if you have other items that on the receipt, and what if you wanted to return them, Now you have no receipt, because they kept your receipt and will not give it back
