I flew into Orlando MCO on March 19th, 2016 aboard [redacted] from ISLIP's Mac Arthur Airport. The flight was 2 hours delayed in arrival. I went to the curb cut where Value allegedly stopped. After an hour waiting for their van, I called them. I was told you ere 2 hours late for 6 PM car pickup, and we cancelled. Now they are trying to collect from my bank a cancellation fee. I had to rent from [redacted] at the last minute in Orlando MCO. There is no way I will ever deal with Value again. There was also a female passenger on the same flight who also suffered the samne fate in dealing with Value.

I returned the car two hours over the 7 days of time and they charged me for it. I rented the car for a total of $306.62 for the 7 days. They said that they were going to have to charge me $27.00 an hour extra. I also didn't fill up the gas tank because I ran out of time and needed to get to the airport so we could make our flight. I admitted the that the gas was my fault and they would just charge me the fuel cost. They ended up charging me a total of $429.40. That's a $122.78 extra!! It doesn't end here. I just got off the phone with my credit card company. Value Car Rental just charged my credit card another $97.06. I had to cancel this card and they are going to send me another card so Value cannot do the again. They also are going to credit me the $97.06. DO NOT rent a vehicle from the company!!!
