K***,Thank you for checking back in with meAt this point, the dentist tells me that the claim has been removed from my credit report, but I checked yesterday and it is still labeled as being in collections on Experian.I spoke with someone at the office at Dental One last week, and I was told that I am going to be refunded $427, but the District Manager needs to approve the refundHowever, I checked yesterday, and the refund still has not been placed on my cardThey have played great lip service so far, but I have not seen DentalOne follow through on their promises. At this point, I will attempt communication with the office a few more timesHowever, if I do not get refunded in the next several weeks, I may research procedures to file a claim in small claims court.Thank you so much for your help in the matter
Hello K[redacted],Thank you so much for getting back to me. It has been a long road dealing with DentalOne, and I appreciate your help.I have attached the forms and documents that I have. The best I can do to prove what I paid out of pocket is a statement from my American Express Card.You will see the EOB states that the original claim is for $1,190, but between insurance and myself they were paid much more than that (Around $1,638 together) Last I heard from them, their collections agency was still claiming that I owe more money.Thank you again! Please note that H[redacted] was covered under my insurance policy at the time. The policy kicked in at the end of May, so the only procedure that was completed while on this policy was the wisdom teeth removal. You may see on the last EOB that the dentist was paid $938 for this one procedure by my insurance, in addition to the $690 that I paid out of pocket.
What was sent is not an original signature. It was added by a computer.This has been resolved by the office and a refund is in process. We ask Ms. M[redacted] to contact the DentalWorks Greenville Office Manager to provide credit card information so the refund may process.The phone number to the Greenville office is 864-[redacted].Thanks,T[redacted]
The HIPAA authorization forms attached to the most recent communication are not signed by H[redacted] M[redacted]. Were the wrong forms attached to the update?Thank you,T[redacted]
A refund in the amount of $426.00 was processed to the American Express account on 11/30/17. The transaction is electronic and processed immediatly on our end. Unfortunatly, we have no idea when it will appear on the American Express account. Mr. T[redacted] may contact the Office Manager and request a copy of the refund electronic transaction.As stated in our prior response FFCC was contacted via email on 11/17/17 requesting the account be closed and removed from all credit reports. Where can FFCC send a letter confirming these actions have been taken?When a response is sent to the Revdex.com of actions taken, please be assured they have been taken on our end.
