Hello K***,Thank you so much for getting back to meIt has been a long road dealing with DentalOne, and I appreciate your help.I have attached the forms and documents that I haveThe best I can do to prove what I paid out of pocket is a statement from my American Express Card.You will see the EOB states that the original claim is for $1,190, but between insurance and myself they were paid much more than that (Around $1,together) Last I heard from them, their collections agency was still claiming that I owe more money.Thank you again! Please note that H [redacted] was covered under my insurance policy at the timeThe policy kicked in at the end of May, so the only procedure that was completed while on this policy was the wisdom teeth removalYou may see on the last EOB that the dentist was paid $for this one procedure by my insurance, in addition to the $that I paid out of pocket
Thank youThe last time I spoke with DentalOne this summer, they said that they would resolve the issueI just want to make sure that they are going to contact the collections agency and completely clear this from my credit report
