there is no damage to the structure, the cushion is what has been damaged and it is not due to animals as we experienced the problem long before obtaining animals the problem is that your selling rep positioned the warranty to cover EVERYTHING regardless of who did it or how it occurred that is fraud, I can assure you that if this is not handled correctly I will be sure to bring legal action in to question I will not be held liable for buying a warranty positioned as covering everything so that a sale can be made

I would love to be shown that they do value me as a customerPossibly that would be shown by offering me a discount on a new couch with free delivery for all of my troubles

Great fast accurate service

we recently had need to replace a broken kitchen faucet. jim, our repairman, was professional,personable, and hardworking. he took the time to explain the what, why, and how of his recommended approach to resolving the problems encountered. we believe we received quality service at a fair price .

WOW----So happy these guys are around because I had a doozie of a problem and they QUARTERBACKED it with ease. I have a huge oak tree next to my house that a root has grown into the plumbing system. The gentleman they sent was professional and told me straight up what was going to happen and how much it would cost and BOOOOOM....everything is back to new.

Thanks again fellas and I'm keeping you on the payroll. Appreciate it.

I have just completed an installation of a completely new HVAC system in my home by Rister Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was as painless as could possibly be expected. The two techs that performed the work, [redacted] and [redacted], were professional, courteous, and well mannered. They handled all of my questions, and even a few last minute requests (concerning new vent locations) without a single complaint. I am afraid that I was a horrible nightmare client that stood over them and watched everything, and they babied me so well. I cannot give them enough praise. The sole complaint I might be able to make is simply that they tended to arrive closer to 10 am instead of 9:30, but I understand this was due to equipment shipping and parts purchases needed to finish my installation. That seriously is my only complaint and that is scraping the bottom of the barrel in my opinion, so DO NOT take it as a complaint, please. I am now the owner of a complete new TRANE system.

I took bids from 4 different companies, all listed on the Revdex.com site, and they seemed to offer the best deal. They were not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. I was quoted $6018.00 minus $600.00 cash/check discount and minus $100.00 for allowing them to haul away and dispose of my old system. This brought my total price to $5318.00 for a complete system and install. I cannot be more pleased, and there were absolutely no hidden costs or fees. Everything was above board and up front. This appears to be a good company.

Great experience, very professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends
