We just had a full basement wall drain installed. The work was done well and well within the time allotted. Recent and upcoming rain will be a good test. Everything seems very well done.
Guys were on time, and very professional. They answered any and all questions I had and kept me up to date on everything they were doing. Would highly recommend this organization anytime. Great job, guys!
I contacted Value Dry and a Contractor Consultant came out the next. He went over everything with me and informed me that their work comes with a lifetime warranty, which was stated on the contract. Their workers came out on the day promised and did an excellent job. The head foreman, Kyle Force made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I will use this Company again and would refer them.
Some companies want all the money after the job is done, Value Dry can set you up with their payment plan company to relieve the stress of paying at one time.
GREAT INSTALLAION. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PUMP . CALLED AND A TECH CAME OUT THE FIRST DAT AND REPLACED THE PUMP.
FAULTY PUMP WAS NOT THE FAULT OF VALUE BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM AND I AM ONE HAPPY COUSTOMER.

As a new home owner, I had no idea how basement waterproofing company' were until I worked with Value Dry. They will send their most aggressive sales people for you to deal with every step of the way to close the deal. They insisted on waiving my 5 day notice of cancellation, to call it a "emergency" when it wasn't, and stated that it was to "protect them because they have had issues with lawyer housewives", which should have been a clue to stay away. I asked repeatedly for my deposit back and they kept changing the amount of money they were going to return. Sales person also said that they normally have loan documents sent to the office which they bring on the 1st day for you to sign, yet it's a 3 day job with loan docs that obviously say, don't sign until the work is done, more clues that I should have said no. Still haven't gotten my deposit back either. Avoid their sale team at all cost!!!!
I have contacted them on several occasions regarding the work they did since last year spent over $13,000 and still have same problem won't warranty
This $12,000.00 life time warranty system failed the first time 7/5/ sump pump failed ruined all my belongings with no compensation. May 2017 I sent pictures of pipe leaking I was then told I had pay another $1500 for more dirt and extended pipe to the street which should of been covered under the $12,000 warranty which was sold to me by Steve to complete job in and outside of home . I spent well over $50,000 to finish the basement after waiting a year and the water is still damaging my property same pipe is leaking I called back again Feb 5 2019 this year they came out stuck a brick under the pipe and said I'll have to pay for more dirt to fix it. The pipe is not level correctly I have 2 different professional water proofing estimates and second opinions that reconfirm the pipe is layer incorrectly as I kept telling them it's green mold where the water is going back in and sitting in the drain you can see and we poured water to test it visually. They don't want to relay the pipe correctly and warranty the work yet rip me off for more money
I don't think they either are competent or have the man power anymore to fix the exsisting outside problem because they would of fixed it by now I'll request $5,000 to get it fixed properly by another company as well we they still need to warranty the rest of the system they installed speedy drains that are still clogged with mud, sump pumps functioning as they stated for lifetime. The pipe is laid on the wrong side of the house and they refuse to fix it had the, out here 3 different occasions, pictures etc.

Thank you very much for your feedback related to this request. After having visited your home and having met with you personally I'm confident that this issue will be resolved amicably. ValueDry has agreed to install a deeper window well and to seal it to the foundation wall. The customer does understand that some additional grading and potentially an exterior French Drain is recommended to help alleviate standing water on the side of her home near this window well. The parts have been ordered ValueDry is waiting to receive the material in order to schedule the installation. While at the home we will water test the pump in order to make sure the buried discharge is flowing away from the home. This work will be done for the customer free of charge as outlined in a signed agreement between James K and the customer.

Show it's working properly which was not done on his visit and will be done when they schedule to fix the window well. Valu Dry disagrees that the pipe is laid incorrectly and states they will test the water pump within 30 days of their schedule as well as do the window well work. Once the work is completed as I stated at our home visit and there is no more water coming into the home this complaint will be brought to satisfaction until then I'm awaiting for work to be completed and I'm concerned for rain in the meantime.
Please note that Valudry owner James did followup with repairing water coming from the window and is involved with making sure he is guaranteeing his work with fully waterproofing my basement as his company was hired to do. This particular window well is currently satisfactory and this particular case should be closed. Thank you
