My subscription was canceled in December of Following the cancellation I have continued to be billed for serviceFollowing I have called Value Line three times asking them to stop billing me for a service that I discontinuedThen today may 9th I received a final notice that I have been turned over to collections for a service that I have asked to be discontinuedEach time I have called I have been told that the Value Line billing department would take care of the charges and cancel may service

Review: On may 30th I bought a subscription to crochet 1-2-3, after not receving a magazine by July 1st I contacted them via website and the contact us link for subscriptions. I got a response back that say they had a few issues but it should be on its way. I also tried to call them when the site contact us section went down and is still down with a 404 error. I've called two people and left both a return number and name, no phone calls have been returned.I have the emails from the first time I contacted them. Its now October and there is no way to contact them, not through contact us or back ordering.Desired Settlement: A full refund of 12.95
