Our records indicate that on November 25, 2009,[redacted] enrolled in a membership in our Value [redacted] program ("Program") when she completed an order form via the Internet at a website sponsored by google.com. The landing page through which Mrs.[redacted] enrolled explained the terms of the offer included the following: 1) Value [redacted] came with a seven-day trial period, during which she could use the benefits; 2) the monthly membership fee would not be charged until after the end of the trial period; 3) the membership could be cancelled during the trial period without incurring any cost by simply calling the Program's toll-free number; 4) the monthly membership fee would be automatically charged each month to Mrs.[redacted]' account; and 5) the membership could be cancelled at any time after the expiration of the trial period and the monthly membership fee would no longer be charged.
In order to enroll in the Program, Mrs.[redacted] was required to complete an online order form and provide her personal information, including, her name, address, and credit card number. Based on her acceptance of the offer, an e-mail was sent to Mrs.[redacted] at [redacted]@aol.com confirming her enrollment in the Value [redacted] program and providing her with her membership ID number and a link to the Value Max site so she could access her benefits.
