I had the pleasure of working with Francis Rat Icontainers, Francis made the entire process easy Our organization shipped equipment to Dubai and from the paperwork to the cargo pieverything worked on schedule I will rely on Icontainer and Francis for any oversees shipping needs for our organization Thank you again Icontainers and Francis

I looked up this company online while attempting to ship a container from Texas to Grenada. I had a combination of inland and sea and it was expensive with the other operators. I chose them with some apprehension because the price was about $700 less than the other options. While shipping a container on the whole is a miserable process, I was able to get it done with good support, at the price quoted, and within a reasonable time frame even thought I started the process late. I think it was a learning experience for them as well. If you need to ship a container, especially if you live inland, don't be afraid to go with this company.

The details of the deplorable service we received from iContainers are too countless and extreme to enumerate here; suffice it to say that in over years of business I have never felt the need to write a bad review of any company My hope in posting this is not to damage this company rather to steer others away from the terrible service we received from iContainers which was not only frustrating but caused additional storage charges to be incurred due to their ineptness

I hired iContainers to move a foot container from Jacksonville, Florida, to Valparaiso, Chile Southamerica
Once my booking was confirmed, I paid them thru PayPal, which was secure and easyThe container took about days to arrive to its final destination
They were extremely professional to answer all my questions and even though we ran with some small inconvenients, they were always eager to solve any problems I had
I would highly recommend them if you are looking to ship an international container

We are moving to another country and for the last week, we have been researching on the process of transporting all our belongings through ocean freight shipping ICONTAINERS is the ONLY company that has contacted us immediately after we wrote to them ***, the agent who called us gave us EXCELLENT customer serviceHe stayed with us on the phone for over minutes and diligently answered all our questions about the processHe took the time to help us getting a detailed quote and clearly explained to us all the charges, advantages and disadvantages of the different options by directly showing us the information from the sourceHe was very patient and never pushyIt's so refreshing to get an honest, clear and personable serviceWe still have many decisions to make before we make a reservation, but as far as Costumer Service, Icontainers was simply the best, and believe me, I contacted many other companies and for most of them I didn't even got an e-mail back

I worked with Adrian and his team, both here (in the US) and in Spain. They were recommended to me by a friend in Madrid as being able to export some items for my home. All in all, they exceeded my expectations. They helped me navigate a somewhat complicated process. At a minimum, it was new to me. I was located in illinois and I met a lady from sydney australia and we both fell in love from day one..we decided the best place and decision we could make together for our future was for me to quit my job, sell most of my stuff and relocate with her to sydney..so I sold off most of my stuff I could do without but was still left with 12 huge boxes 24x24x24 and bigger with a total weight of 985 lbs...everywhere I checked the prices to ship my stuff was astonishing..all above $5000 and some near as much has $10,000 and shipping times of about 45 days..I was ready to give up and just sell the rest of my personal belongings that I held very dear to my heart..so I ran across this site I sent a email and I was contacted immediately by [redacted] by phone, we spoke talking about how many boxes I had, what the contents were and price wise he gave me a quote which I thought he was wrong or confused about my shipment because it was so low..so then a few days later he called me back with the final adjusted price with number of my boxes, sizes, and weight and it was a few dollars more but I was still shocked and because of that I was very nervous..but [redacted] was such a nice guy and was very respectful and professional I went ahead..he sent me links to fill out all the needed paper work and directions and instructions on where and how to deliver my boxes to the shipping company..so I rented a moving truck and delivered my items to the company and there I ran into some problems..they did not want to take my shipment because I was not a commericial driver I was personal..so I called [redacted] and explained what they are saying and he got on the phone with them and in a matter of 2 hours the problem was fixed..[redacted] really saved the day for me and he had his assistant [redacted] also really push to fix the issue with the shipping company we used to take my items..and again within 2 hours [redacted] and [redacted] really saved the day for myself and my fiancee..the manager at the company told me to back my truck up and he helped my unload the boxes onto a pallet and he wrapped them up..and that was it..once I got home a few days later I got a bill from icontainers once they got the final weight and dimensions from the shipping company I dropped my items off too and it was exzactly the same price [redacted] had previously told me and I paid thru paypal and that was it..2 weeks later the ocean voyage begain and I promply got my booking number and a link that was given to me by [redacted] that I could check at all times where my items where..all I had to do myself was find a customs agent and explain to them when the items would arrive and at what port and he emailed me the needed documents to fill out which were very easy and that was it..really simple and painless..I highly suggest and recommend these guys..whenever I had questions or concerns [redacted] and [redacted] were very easy to reach by phone and email..these two folks are really great and truly care about your business and want to make sure your happy..

I have been working with iContainers for sometime now. Most of our bookings are to South America. They have a great team from Daniel in Sales, Francis in Operation/Bookings, and Adrian in Operations/Documentation.

I had dealings with IContainers during my planned move from US to Europe. It was the first time I engaged in a container move and was quite ignorant of the process. With IContainers, and especially their account manager [redacted] I was in such great hands - not only did I receive close-to-immediate response to my numerous inquiries but [redacted] went beyond duty to investigate all legal intricacies of the customs entry given my citizenship and available documentation, and even offered for his local team to help arrange all local legalities. His emails were prompt and to the point, offering crucial and ample information. I felt his service to be really geared towards my concerns and not just a 'sale'.

While I ended up postponing my move for a few months due to private reasons (thus cannot yet attest to the operations of IContainers beyond [redacted]'s service), I have no hesitations to engage them at the time of the move and would recommend [redacted] heartily as partner-in-move.
