I can say with 100% certainty this Company has one of the most inept customer service skills and responses that I've EVER dealt with. After looking at prior reviews on this website, I see the problem with this Company is systemic. In prior reviews, the Company seems to have a very negative attitude towards dealing with potential customers and that is EXACTLY what I witnessed as well. I bought a product for $1975 and the next day received this email: Your order has been cancelled and you will not be charged and no items shipped. You order did not pass [redacted] fraud checks and you card ending in 9724 has been permanently blocked. The billing and shipping address must match what is held with your card issuing bank. A normal response from the Company would have been to reach out to a customer who just spent $1975 and ask if there is a billing address separate from the shipping address and resolved the situation. No such response was given. In addition, after bringing this issue to the rest of the team I continued to receive unsatisfactory responses from the customer service representative ([redacted]). He could use a lesson or two in charm school! Suffice to say, I will take my hard earned money and buy an ionizer elsewhere.
We have owned this beautiful machine for well over 2 years now and our overall health has improved greatly. Drinking alkaline water will be the best change anyone can make for their health. I purchased Bawell Model 1775 and because they didn't have it in stock they actually sent me the Platinum Model which was an upgrade and about a $1,000 to $2,000 difference for free! I am very pleased with the integrity of this company. They are all about the customer! I and everyone in our house have been noticing an overall health difference when consuming the alkaline water that the machine produces. We feel the effect as soon as we drink it and we love to see all of the oxygen bubbles in our water before we drink it. :) I have also done test and tested the production of the alkaline to acid and it produces what it says. It's been a year and the water still proves to be on point! We love this machine and it changed our lives. We want to say we appreciate it and thanks for your service.
Our family purchased a Bawell Platinum Alkaline Water Ionizer Model 2195 almost a year ago and hooked it up to our home water system, utilizing the Bawell supplied pre-filters. We are so happy with our purchase. Everyone who has been using this product has experienced multiple health benefits such as no more stomach gas reflux, no more arthridic pain in our hands, we feel better overall with increased stamina and strength which gives us a better outlook on life.
