Guest was unhappy with room called after desk closed at 8pm manager is not available on weekends so monday morning today guest was giving refund and problem resolved.

We did have a water main break on the 4th floor and the Fire Department asked to vacate all residents.  We moved 45 guests, this consumer included ot the [redacted] across the street.  [redacted] rates are higher than ours and we paid the difference in rates.  We were shut down for...

3 1/2 weeks and most guests continued to stay at [redacted].   She moved there and her items were boxes and all guests where told they could retrieve their items at our front desk.   She has made no attempts to retrieve her items.  In order for us to file insurance on her damaged items, she needs to come pick up her items and then itemized a list for us to turn into insurance.  We have told her we need this list before and she has never given us a list.  When the main broke it was 3 days prior to her having to pay for another week.  She came in and paid us 1/2 of the money owed and said she would return with the remainder.  She never returned to pay us the remaining money so 2 days later we called her and she said we owed her money.  We do not owe her anything.  We did not collect any more from and wrote off her balance owed to us.  We also gave her names of churches she could to if could not continue to stay with us or [redacted].  She called her and cursed out our employees .  We still have her belongings and she is welcome to come and pick them up.  At that time she can give us an itemized list for insurance.
