I am rejecting this response because: I was turned away and told that I could not get my stuff until I paid That was Friday I even asked them to contact the manager and never got a call backMy medication was in the room, clothes, everything I ownedThen after words I was informed how the manager got into my personal medical information and then proceeded to tell others that worked at location what my private medical information wasAfter I was told about what the manager said to every one and that I would never come back and get my things I went on a Wednesday and got my belongingsAll of which was not returned, the manager STILL NEVER spoke to me, and then let the worker go that told me what she had saidTwo others was written up Regards, Kevin Wilson

Then after words I was informed how the manager got into my personal medical information and then proceeded to tell others that worked at location what my private medical information was. After I was told about what the manager said to every one and that I would never come back and get my things I went on a Wednesday and got my belongings. All of which was not returned, the manager STILL NEVER spoke to me, and then let the worker go that told me what she had said. Two others was written up.

In response to his rejection.   He was let in his room on Friday night by GSR Angie L. to retrieve his medicine.  Video footage can show him at Front Desk and going in and out of his room and the hotel with his belongings we also ran a lock link on his room to verify the times his key went in and out of his door.  On Friday night 10/14 in question his key went in his door at 9:32 PM.  And on Saturday his key went in the room at 10:36 AM,  11:56 AM, 2:49 PM, 7:33 PM. He had removed 95% of his belongings when I arrived on Monday morning.  So I and another Co. Worker went in to see if I could find a phone number for him all we had was from the 3rd party that had been paying for room I did not say anything to any other of my employee's about anything that was in room.  So anything that was seen would have come from the other employee in room with me.  Kevin returned on Wednesday 10/19 to the front desk I ask him if he was here to retrieve the remaining of his belonging, he stated yes.  I had 3 of my employee get the remainder of his belongings and took it to his car for him.  At that time there was a piece of art work he gave one of my employees stating he wanted her to have it.  This was witness by 2 other of my employees.

This gentleman was given entrance to hotel and he did get his belonging.
