One of the employees currently has blocked my husband in his parking spot and is threatening myself and my husband. Apparently that is "his spot" and my husband can not park there. There are NO SIGNS saying that spot is reserved, there are no reserved spaces period for that matter. Now the police have to get involved! The last thing I expect from hotel staff is this kind of behavior! This is disgusting and completely unprofessional! I have never in my life dealt with anything like this!
I have been staying at this hotel since last year and my stay was very satisfying an pleasant.. the front desk staff.. they were helpful an very nice an cool..I enjoyed my stay there. But most of these customers don't get that this hotel says weekly rates not indivual rates.. You have to reserve for the week not day to day stay..I would recommend my friends to stay there. Thank you for everything an welcoming my stay to the managers an assistant managers an housekeepers..Special thanks go to Kami.. Rory.. Mark or Martin an MJ.. who works at the Hebbornville Value Place but helps out in Laredo area.. I greatly appreciate my thanks to them.. Thank you for welcoming my stay..
