Value Rent A Car

My husband traveled from Ontario and rented a car 17toof Dec He used debit card to process a depositHe was told the refund would be held for days to ensure no photo radar tickets were against the car during rentalHe had to get back to ontario before thatHe contacted Value and they said since debit card was not in house they would mail a refundWe are still waiting for the refund and losing patienceMy husband called today again and payment still has not even been mailed outExtremely frustrated with the lack of customer service

My husband traveled from Ontario and rented a car 17to20 of Dec 2015. He used debit card to process a deposit. He was told the refund would be held for 10 days to ensure no photo radar tickets were against the car during rental. He had to get back to ontario before that. He contacted Value and they said since debit card was not in house they would mail a refund. We are still waiting for the refund and losing patience. My husband called today again and payment still has not even been mailed out. Extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service.
