Review: 2/12/15. Owner J** Wang. Phone # ###-###-####. Fax: ###-###-####. We should have reviewed the room before we paid the bill, as it wasn't satisfactory. Security not very good, and the room smelled.Was not desirable. The clerk wrote us a note stating "Will refund $191.98 because of lock, was not desirable?(not sure of this word) Signed by D[redacted] Mathews. Our master card number was also on on this paper. We sent letters on 4/3/15 and 5/4/15, without any results. I have checked our credit card monthly, but the funds haven't been refunded.Desired Settlement: We would like our credit card credited for the amount of $191.98.

At this time, my complaint, ID 10665073 regarding Value Travel Inn has been resolved. Value send us a letter what they had credited our charge account; but I haven't received the statement to confirm this is the case. As soon as I get this statement, the hotel has requested I sent back a confirmation that it has been credited. I suspect that will be here in a few days.
