Hi ***, We have made it back to Atlanta and have been able to get back to work after this ordealI am pleased that you were able to get this resolved but I am still not happy about the drastic steps that were taken to protect your bank and not Atlanta Granite Express, your customerWe were damaged greatly by this and still are not sure how much time and money we lost through this processOur customer did have Town homes and a potential of $96,in revenue that we were hoping to gain, but now they are not responding to usI am sure they are exhausted from this ordeal as we wereThank you for meeting with usWe drove from Atlanta to Corpus in an effort for you to get questions answered first hand, in person, and put a face to Atlanta Granite ExpressI am still processing our conversation in your office, how it made me feelI felt like we were still under scrutiny for fraud, and then at the end of our meeting it felt like there might be a way for us to get back in good graces with youI have never been treated this way as a customer and would never treat my customers in this mannerAs I said I am still in the process of getting over this. Thank you again for meeting with us and trying to work with us in the future so that we can try to prosper as a companyYou worked hard to get this resolved but in the end I still feel like we were treated poorly at best. Best Regards,
*** ***

Ms. [redacted] failed to maintain proper contact
information with ValueBank and, as a result, incurred charges when her email
address became invalid and her mail was returned undeliverable.  The Bank
will be happy to...

send the remaining balance from Ms. [redacted]’s account to her
upon receiving correspondence in which we can properly identify her and her new
contact information.

good afternoon , I just received a response from [redacted] .. what she is referring to has nothing to do with the repairs she made with the vehicle. she should contact the place were she bought the car ... if I remember she had purchased it not to long before accident maybe there is a warranty on the electric components she is referring to . we are autobody and collision specailists we have been here over 12 years and our goal is customer satisfaction

There are times ValueBank Texas must protect itself and its customer from different types of risk.  In this instance, that risk was a chargeback.  Like most community banks, we partner with third party vendors to provide non-account related services.  In this case, our vendor...

detected potential risk to us and our customer and acted appropriately. ValueBank Texas worked with our vendor and this customer to verify whether the threat of risk was real or not, and we were able to release our customer’s funds within ten (10) days of our first conversation.  This timeframe may have been shortened if our customer’s customer could have been reached in a timelier manner.  Our customer has now told us how pleased they are with the way we worked to get his funds released and has promised to file a follow up to his Revdex.com complaint stating such. ValueBank Texas works hard to provide the best service to its customers but there are times when we have to work with several parties in order for a resolution to be reached.

I'm not sure why the warranty for this since these things were working when I put it in the shop.  The back tail light was part of the initial repairs from the accident.  The DVD was working prior to going into the shop (maybe this what they are referring to) and the wireless headset was in the car when I dropped it off it was in glove compartment.  The owner AGREED to replace the headset and I waited to hear from him thinking that his word was true.  He never called to resolve and every time I called he was not available.  When we did discuss he mentioned sending me to someone he knew to look at the DVD and I haven't heard from him.  When he and I spoke he said he'd make sure the car was back in order.  If I thought the car could not be totally done I would not have went with repairing.  I am at a loss since my car was hit a week after purchase, now the repairs are not completed properly, problem with DVD after going in shop and I am making payments on it.

good afternoon , gonna give quick history of claim. when [redacted] brought her car to us the insurance company advised her that it should be a total loss but she said she owes more than the car is worth and it would make her life a lil hectic .. we worked out detail with insurance and put her car...

back to excellent condition in know time .. she then picked it up and also told us the car looked great and there was no charge for her deductable,.. days had passed and she had called us and said her headphones were missing out of the car .. I said to her that those headphones would only work in her 2006 honda and that my staff would not do that . she called again and I said that we have a posted sighn in our office that says we are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicle.then she started talkin about the rear light not working and I told her to bring in so we can take a look and I have not talked to her since.

I do not agree with what the owner of the business is saying.  He did said he would replace the headphones but that is not a big deal.  The issue I have is that my tail light was mention the next day and they tried to fix it on several occasions.  I didn't say anything about having a hardship if the car was totaled out.  I wanted to get the car fixed but it could have been totaled out.  If you would like to check the lines we talk on are recorded lines and the calls should be able to come up.  I would like them to know that they didn't fix my car properly and they used the old part when the insurance paid them for new parts.  That is why my light is not working.
