Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I had made several attempts to have them repair the trailer that damaged when delivered to me. Some of these issues haven' t been resolved and further damage has been discovered underneath the trailer. This damage should have been remedied when the trailer was being set up. My self and son have taken time off on several occasions to have repairs completed. Many times they didn't show or call to complete the repairs. Theses repairs are still outstanding and need to be addressed and fixed immediately. Some damage includes water leakage which shows possible mildew and mold safety concerns.
Thank you for your assistance with this matter

RE: ID [redacted]
When [redacted] home was being transported from the factory, the transport carrier blow a tire, It was not in an
accident. The factory replaced the exterior door. All repairs where made well over a year ago. The
Manufactured home that [redacted] purchased came with a one year manufacture warranty. [redacted]
submitted a couple service request and all was addressed and done to her satisfaction. When [redacted] called the
office regarding a leak in the master tub, we immediately went over to check on it. The [redacted] sent the service
guys out and they ran the water for over 15 minutes and they could not find a leak. They said the water was
coming off the shower curtain and onto the floor. [redacted] called the office again several days after saying some
times there is a leak and there is water on the floor and some times there isn't. So [redacted] again, himself, went
over to further check it out. He showed the home owner when the shower splashes on the back of the shower
it will cause the water to fallon the floor. He demonstrated this to the customer by throwing cups of water
against the wall of the tub which then went on the edge of the tub and on to the floor. [redacted] also asked them
to keep the shower head aimed into the tub. [redacted] again sent two service men over to caulk between the tub
and the surround. There is no leak in the plumbing. If there is left over moisture from showering, the
customer, as a home owner, should take the responsibility to clean her own bathroom. We have been there
four times within a few weeks trying to assist them, even though their warranty is up. If [redacted] has any other
concerns, or problems, please have her call us. We will address any of her concerns.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
When I noticed the damage to my trailer I asked [redacted] 3 times what happened he couldn't answer me.  This is the first I heard of a blown tire.  The exterior door was repaired along with my floor 2 times in which it took several months to get it fixed.  They never fixed my leak.  They caulked my tub half of my tub not the whole thing.  He never splash water and showed me.    They never removed my wall to actually see where the leak was they just guessed at it in which if you don't look for the problem how anyone that is a professional plumber or any one else could see the actual damaged and leak.  My shower curtain along with my shower head is in my tub.  This is not the source of the leak. My bathroom is always clean.  I went underneath trailer to see if the leak was leaking underneath and when I looked I noticed large hole with no insulation or other material covering up the underneath of the trailer.    I find it hard to believe that a simple blown tire would do this much damage.  How is this not seen upon the set of my trailer as well as the repair to the kitchen floor twice.  This damaged is in the area of the kitchen floor as well as the leaking bathroom.  Other damage needed fixing included siding between the front door and kitchen window.  This seems like a lot of damage from a blown tire and not considered an accident.  I have pictures of all this damage including the front door, kitchen flooring, bathroom leak and the hole under the trailer as proof.  Upon request I will send the pictures.
Regards,
[redacted]
