Last year, I joined to Valued opinion to fill surveys, share my POV and receive rewardsI am a busy person then I fill surveys sometimesIn December I redeemed my first reward (Amazon Gift Card 20$) without any problem, they said they never would to ask for personal information like credit card number, DNI, phone number, driver License and others But this year, I collected 22.50$ in my account and I wanted to redeem a 20$ amazon gift card (You have to earn 22$ to get 20$ in amazon)Well, they asked for my phone number and I provided it to themThe page shows an error and block the redeem's system I wrote a support ticket but they do not answer A lot of people are complaining to them in [redacted] and they only answer *Sorry, write to support [redacted] and then they close people's accounts without pay to themI think they are going to use our numbers to do something illegal

I keep email them tell them there is a problem with my accountThey tell me there is no problemI can't log in and they have my money I have earnI would like this problem taken care of ASAP

I went on to do my surveys as usualkept getting this message:Thank you for your interest in taking a survey! Unfortunately there are no available surveys for you right nowPlease try again laterasked why, there response: Hello ***, Thank you for your emailUnfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your accountAs a member of our program, you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responsesYou must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveysWhen we have concerns about any of these program rules, we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accountsWe do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identifiedAt this time, your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our w

On several occasions, Valued Opinions has refused to pay me $145, which I have earned since I joined their program in I have provided accurate profile informationI have given thoughtful and attentive survey responsesI have been a ultimate, Diamond level memberAs Valued Opinions can verify my “ip address,” no one has used the account but meI have screenshots taken from my “VO” account on December 11, (available upon request)

This is now the second complaint to the Revdex.com about the online survey site Valued OpinionsThis company continues to put them blame on survey takers when they can't resolve an issue or take on too many survey takers an can"t/won't pay outThey have now once again told me my account is suspended due to me providing inaccurate informationThat is bull and they know itI asked them this time around to update my phone number which I need to enter to validate in order to cash out and get a rewardAfter many attempts to resolveI receive an email stating my account is suspended due to me being basically fraudulentThe first time this happened was when I couldn't access surveys due to error messages and they that time as well suspended my accountI would like this resolved
