I would not recommend this company at all! The owner only answered the phone once to speak with meHe would only speak through textI confirmed with him the night before and he said he would be at my house the next dayThe following morning his phone was shut off going straight to vm and he never turned it back on until 7pmWorst experience I’ve ever had!
After booking this moving company for people for hours they showed up 1/hour lateOk no biggieThen of the guys disappears minutes into the move and never comes backIt takes almost hours for Chester main guy to get back with us about the issueSince I only had person I had to do a lot of the moving myself and it took so long that we had to leave items at the previous location and go back at another time to get all of itHe sent guys at the end when we were at our new house to offload quickly as the rental truck was already late getting backSince I only had of the people I paid for Chester said he would refund me 1/my money backAfter apparent failed attempts at sending a money order to me he said he would meet me to get the refundI spent my lunch hour traveling to meet him and got stood upHe had no intention of giving a refund and just gave me the run aroundIt was a horrible moving experience in of itself but I would have just moved on from it
