The customer [redacted] under the [redacted] username [redacted] ordered 400 ft of the medium bubble wrap. We shipped her 4 rolls of 100 feet each via UPS tracking number [redacted]. She message us saying she only received 200 ft. We gave her a full refund for the error and this was resolved...

They said you have the order. We will not ship more. I had to reach out to [redacted] to resolve the order shortage. [redacted] ordered and issued the refund from ValueMailers based on the information. ValueMailers did not do this willingly. We did receive a refund directed by [redacted], however, it should be known that ValueMailers would absolutely not work with us - a repeat customer - on an order shortage that was due to their error.
