Valutax is new to our neighborhood, In addition to offering a promotion to Entice clients, they are literally attempting to steal our clients in from of our doorstep, They are paying a neighboring business to Entice customers by telling therm that we are commiting fraud and that we do not know what we are doing. This is a completely false allegation and has damaged our clientele, we have many loyal clients giving us statements as to what was said. This is Harassment and highly unprofessional.
This complaint is from the Manager of a competing Liberty Tax business that offers the same promotions as Value Tax, except Value Tax offers a higher incentive. Other neighborhood businesses are participating in Value Tax promotions and are referring clients to Value Tax. Value Tax has never or would never engage in any activity that directly harms another business or competitor. Value Tax happens to be located right next to this particular Liberty Tax location. If a client walks up to both businesses, clients most likely are going to choose the Tax preparation company with the better promotion
