Response:In reference to the above mentioned claim we attempted to contact the customer on 11/3/@ 2:44pm there was no answer a message was leftThe customer returned our call after hours stating she could only be reached after 5:pm, I then had another member of the Quality
team contact her at this time he was able to communicate with the customer on 11/7/@ 5:30pmAt this time it was communicated to the customer that we will be sending a retrieval packet for the canister of product so that we may further investigate since the customer did not have the canister with her at the time and we were trying to obtain the best by and lot information which is needed to review retained samples and quality recordsThe Retrieval packet was sent out on 11/8/we will also be sending the customer a refund for the product

Response:Good Afternoon, In reference to the above mentioned complaint we attempted to contact the customer on October 11, @1:08pm, the daytime telephone number provided was to a grocery store and there was no answer to the evening phone number and no machine in order for us to leave a voice
mailWe emailed the customer requesting that she please contact us at her earliest convenienceOnce we have communicated with the customer and obtained the necessary information needed from the package so that we may review our retained samples and quality recordsI will send periodic updates until the claim has been settledThank You in Advance, Jo G*** Quality Coordinator *** *** ***

Response:We are in receipt of a letter from the Revdex.com on 04/13/in reference to a claim we received on 04/01/via our website from *** *** whom resides at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***At this time the customer stated that while he was consuming the product he noticed a
clump of hair int he canisterWe called the customer at the telephone number provided? (***) there was no answer a message was leftwe then attempted again on 04/11/@? 12:pm? there was no answer another message was leftWe sent an email response to the customer on 04/11/as well requesting that he please contact us at his earliest convenienceThe customer then called back on 04/11/@1:pm, upon speaking to the customer we were able to retrieve the best by and lot information from the bottom of the canisterIt has also been requested that we send the customer a refund for the productThis information allowed us to review the retained samples and quality records for the Star Snacks Mixed NutsWe also sent a retrieval packet to the customer on 04/11/this is so we can review the canister in questionsOur initial investigation showed no foreign matter found in any of the retained samples that were reviewedAll employees are required to wear proper Hair, beard, and clothing covers which includes gloves which are to be worn at all times while handling the productsIf you have any additional questions or comments please feel free to contact us at the above mentioned contact information

mislabeled and was never delivered to the proper personnel so that we could address the issue at hand; we have since rectified the situationWe apologized to the customer for his inconvenience, during the conversation with the customer we were able to retrieve the best by and lot information that was located on the canisterThis information allowed us to review the retained samples, production and quality recordsOur retained samples and production records indicated that all products were made according to spec and we strongly believe that this was an isolated incidentBased on the email initially submitted by the customer he was requesting a refund for the product, when we offered the customer a refund he declined the refund and requested that we send him replacement product insteadIf you have any additional questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at the below mentioned contact informationThank You Kindly, Jo *** Star Snacks Quality Control Quality Coordinator? ###-###-####? ***

The customer then called back on 04/11/2016 @1:43 pm, upon speaking to the customer we were able to retrieve the best by and lot information from the bottom of the canister. It has also been requested that we send the customer a refund for the product. This information allowed us to review the retained samples and quality records for the Star Snacks Mixed Nuts. We also sent a retrieval packet to the customer on 04/11/2016 this is so we can review the canister in questions. Our initial investigation showed no foreign matter found in any of the retained samples that were reviewed.
