Valumarket strives to have accurate scanning items at all
times. When the customer brings an item to the attention of a cashier
that is not scanning correctly they are to go check the item and correct if
necessary. I do not know why the cashier did not do this in...

situation. Anytime you are not satisfied please contact a manager so that
we can rectify the situation on the spot. I apologize that you felt
embarrassed in this situation and that the cashier did not follow our
protocol. If you come into the store and ask for a manager we will be
