Our records indicate that *** is not and never has been a customer of Sempris or any of our programsThis means that she is not eligible to claim a gift card that we offer to actual customers
We would suggest she contact the
company she purchased a product from to help her with her concerns since we are not that company

Because the gift cards they sent me were not Visa and they were reloadable gift cardsI tried to use them at Walmart and they were validThey had me scratch off the silver strip on backI have a copy of the cardsThe papers were sent to Valus Direct back in DecemberI got the address because they were sending me emailsSo I got the address and sent the gift cards back, plus papers that I made copies of, plus copies that I sent to Revdex.comI have copies, Revdex.com has copies and I sent Valus Direct copies tooThis is ridiculousWe all have the same copies

Mr***,
As discussedWe have NOT received gift cards back from Ms***As we have already spent $on VALID Wal-Mart gift cards and mailed them in good faith to Ms***, we will not send replacements to her unless:
We receive the original ones back
We find they are not valid
As well, if we do receive them back and determine that they are valid, we are happy to send them back to Ms*** at our cost
At this point we do not feel there is anything else we could possibly do to satisfy Ms***
We trust you will agree we have resolved this complaint in good faith
Best Regards,
Dave ***

RE: File [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted],
We are responding to your letter dated June 9, 2015 regarding [redacted].
Ms. [redacted] seems...

confused as to the terms and conditions of the offer she received in our mailer. Our offer clearly indicates that a consumer must log onto our website for details on how to claim the gift card we offer to qualifying customers. In those terms and conditions, our customers are instructed that they must make a purchase from a qualifying vendor in order to claim a $50 Gift Card to Home Depot.
In her complaint to you, Ms. [redacted] seems to think she is giving out information against her wishes. Please know that she is not required to give us any information that we do not already have. Please know that this packet arrived in her mailbox free of charge, and the packet clearly had her name and full address on the envelope, which is the same information we ask consumers to provide on our website. Smart Perks is a free of charge mailer that comes one time with no obligation whatsoever to the consumer.
Ms. [redacted] is of course still eligible to claim the gift card that we have referenced, but she must meet the terms and conditions of that offer in order to do so, which require she make a purchase from a qualifying partner.
We trust this response will help clear up any confusion Ms. [redacted] obviously has with our offer.
Best Regards,
David [redacted]

Ms. [redacted],
Per Ms. [redacted]'s request, we will remove her email address from future mailings.
As stated previously, Ms. [redacted] remains eligible to claim her gift card by complying to the terms and conditions of the offer. She was never "promised" a free gift card and it seems as if she is attempting to use the services of the Revdex.com to gain access to something in which she is currently not entitled to. We respectfully refuse to comply with her demand that we send her $50 in free gift cards until such point that she meets the terms of the offer
.
Best Regards,
David [redacted]
