This company is Fraud
I have received a 200$ gift card provided by Valutec from a Restaurant named *** *** in the state of Florida which had went bankrupt or out of businessI called Vautec and they basically told me I was holding a worthless card and they have no responsibility for small retailers that close up who have issued gift cards
I personally feel Valutec card solution has no care for whom they represent as retailers and do not care if the retailer closes the next dayWhich leaves all clients like myself holding worthless gift cards
Disgusting !!!!!

We have had their gift card product for several years now. All of the sudden, this is the second day we cannot process gift cards, they do not answer any phone calls or emails and we have outstanding gift card balances with them. It is two days prior to Christmas and not really good timing for them to have issues or worse. Have left multiple emails and not one response.
