fired for PTSD
I worked for valvoline for 15 years and was required to fly cross country despite having severe PTSD and fear of heights and when I complained about the night terrors gettting worse as a result the fired me as soon as the statutory of limitations had been exceeded.

Negligence caused my skid plate to be damaged because of a missing bolt
On Wednesday, November 23, 2016, my husband took our Hyundai Elantra to your establishment in ***, NC, for an oil change He drove it home which is about miles away and parked the car until the next day, November 24, 2016, to go to work, about miles away He said that on his way to work, he heard a rattling underneath the front of our car He thought that it was a possibility that there maybe a leaf on it causing a vibration He was able to get to work safely and home that same night but he said he still heard the rattling sound on the way home from work He took my car to work the next day so I can see if I could I hear the rattling underneath the carI drove it on November 25, 2016, about miles from my house and I also heard the rattling I pulled over and looked underneath the car when I noticed the skid plate was loose When I moved a little further underneath my car, I noticed that

This company damaged my vehicle during a tire rotation I purchased parts to replace what they damaged I've heard nothing from them
I went to get my tires rotated here the week of March 28, I own a Honda Accord Hybrid They informed me that the tires could not be rotated due to the fact that they stripped out my wheel lock This wheel lock is specially made to take off one (1) lugnut on each tire It was stripped off on the last tire Luckily I have the original lugnuts that do not need a wheel lock They put those on so I could drive off They took down my information and said someone will call me I went to the Honda dealership to but a new wheel lock and it only comes in a kit That kit was plus tax I dropped off the receipt to them and again, they said someone will call me I have not received a call

If I can, I gonna give them -5stars. I did an oil change and the drain plug was not put in correctly or tight enough. So my car engine was seized and dead. Mani and Art said that it is not their responsibility. So I did small claim to the Courthouse, Long Beach.

I won. So if you have same problem like me, sue them. "This company is not yet accredited"

The worst thing is that they did not pay me what they owed me. That is why I write my bad experience here. They should pay me. I will do more action.

This has been resolved by reducing the mileage charge by half.   The patient HIPAA concern is considered incidental disclosure under HIPAA and therefore not considered a violation.   Please let me know if there are other questions.   Thank you, Debbie   Debbie [redacted], CAC...

Review: I took my car to Valvoline to receive an oil change to prepare for my next day trip. The store manager, [redacted], came into the waiting area and informed me that "I popped your tire pressure sensor out. I was able to get the top back on but you need to take it to a garage to get fixed. It should only cost about 20.00." After leaving this business and contacting a few individuals I called back here to get the owners name and number and the manager informed me "My boss is not going to reimburse you for that. It was like that when you got here. I do this all day every day". I again requested the name and number of the owner. I have attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] on two occasions and he has yet to return my call. I was unable to obtain the mans name who I spoke with on the phone when attempting to contact Mr. [redacted], however he told me he spoke with the worker who told him the car was like that, there is nothing they are going to do.Desired Settlement: It would be appreciated if the worker admits to this being an accident and this business handles this situation with minimal problem. This problem cost me about 300.00 which includes the the car being prepared along with the rental that I had to purchase to make my scheduled trip the next morning. I have the receipts for both and would like reimbursed by this business. I am prepared to file a formal complaint with the appropriate District Justice if I do not hear from someone.

Review: I went to the Express Care for a full synthetic oil change which is more expensive then a normal oil change. I took my car home and checked out the service I got and noticed that they did not change my oil filter. That Monday I returnrd to the Express Care and asked an associate if an oil filter is part of the oil change I recieved and he replied yes it should have been and I asked what kind of oil filters they used he said valvoline I said thats funny I have a fran oil filter still.He replied they must have been out and didnt tell you.So I ask can we make this right,right now and ill let it go he says youll have to call the manager and he will be here tomorrow. I call the next day with no anwser.I call the next day and get ahold of the manager and he says im waiting for my boss to bring oil filters ill call you when they get here needless to say no return phone call. I now have a $60 oil cahnge that is cantaminated by an oil filter that hasnt been change.If they are still out of oil filters how meny are they doing without changing the filter and nobody is the wiser.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and also would like the company investigated for frod of services.I would think im not the only one but im a maintenance machanic so I look over my stuff very good and most people dont they would assume they payed for an oil change that they accually got an oil change.

Review: Feb 22nd My oil was changed. I drove the car home without issues. Feb 24th my wifes oil light came on and the oil level was fine. I took the car back to valvoline express care. The technician said it looked good so I drove it home as my mechanic was closed that evening by 545 a.m. In the morning I took my wife to work and was going to drop it off at my mechanic. The oil light stayed on and the engine died. We had the car towed to [redacted] Service Center.[redacted]. Mr [redacted]s well as my insurance adjuster said this looks specious. It can not be proved until the engine is torn apart ($1000). We are the original owners and always changed out oil. Never had a problem until the oil was changed. Plus they put the wrong oil sticker on the windshield and never checked my air filter as usual. I called the shop twice. Manager was going to look at the cameras but never returned my call. I called corporate and opened a case. I have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I would expect a return call or explanation from Valvoline. The car is worth $4500.00. To repair the engine or replace it the cost would be up to $3000.00. I feel the car engine was fine. were the original owners. The engine oil light came on AFTER this oil change. Since then I have traded my truck in and need to sell or scrap my car. I also have a new car payment of $250.00 a month for 5 years which totals $15000. Im asking for $3000. Thank you very much for your time.
