Hello good afternoon,I want to sew the company Valvoline, instant oil change located at Midway DrSan Diego, CA phone number #*** for not doing a good service on my Honda odyssey by putting very little oil in it during the oil change which I paid forand also for
ruining my cars transmissionso I want for this company to pay me what I paid for the service which was $plus the repairing of my Hondas Transmission which they caused at a price of around $1,dollarsI have now provided you guys with images of the receiptsthank you

First and foremost I would like to apologize for not responding to this letter on a timely manner.  After reviewing all of the information for [redacted] 2002 Honda odyssey we found that from july 15 2012 to December 29 2016 we performed 11 oil changes and replaced the air filter twice.  since may 23 2015 on invoice number 59458 we indicated to [redacted] that her odyssey was experiencing a transmission fluid leak and it would be wise to be addressed properly.  I also spoke to the mechanic at Alban Motors about the service he had performed on January 1st 2017, he explained to me that he did a transmission flush and that maybe it would fix her transmission problem due to lack of maintenance.  After the service was performed there was still two obd2 codes remained, p078 and p1751.  On January 25 2017 on 11:45am I tried contacting [redacted] to address her situation and I was not successful.  A week later I spoke to her auntie when she called me asking about the issue on the Honda Odysseys transmission and I once again explained that we performed 11 oil changes and replaced the air filter twice, and that from the first visit here at Valvoline Instant Oil Change 259568 odo miles reading to 346104 from the last visit no transmission service was ever performed.  The transmission service for this particular vehicle is recommended to be done every 30,000 miles.  We feel that her transmission failure was due to lack of maintenance and the extremely high mileage this vehicle has, and if there is anything else that we could do please let us know.   [redacted]Service Center Manager
