This company did my oil change on Friday 2/28/2020 it was the end of the night and they tried to turn me away but finally said they would do my oil change, it was really fast and I thought it was done correctly, I had left and went on with my day didnt drive too much till Wednesday 3/4/2020. Drove to the sea tac airport from Everett and when I was almost to the airport my car started over heating and I pulled over and the engine erupted in smoke a tx dot employee pulled over behind me and said your car has no oil in it and it looks like you blew a head gasket. Really strange since I just got a oil change now I’ve been calling the company and they are trying to deny fault. And I just want things to be made right.
On Saturday ,03/07/2020, *** and I went to Burien Towing to inspect the car. We met Mr. father in law and other members of his family.While inspecting the car with Mr. brother in law ,we verified the oil level was still full,the oil pan drain plug and oil filter were still on tight, there was no oil leakage present.We also determined the car had no coolant in the tank,and there was coolant on the drivers side of the engine. At this point the car had lost all coolant and continued to overheat. We determined that the problem was not due to the oil change,but due to a coolant leak. We did not due any cooling system work on the car, so the family members at the car determined we were not responsible for the car's mechanical problem.Thank YouSean MValvoline instant oil Change
