membership. We replied by kindly reviewing our policy which states in our agreement that he must come in to cancelWe offered several appointment options for *** as wellUnfortunately, he refused to come in to sign our exit interview and close out his account properlyWe were very disappointed by this as we always like our students to come and go in a positive lightWe can provide copies of the e-mail history as wellThank you for your help with this matter. They are still trying to charge me every month.
