Hitch buckles while trying to pull camper going to cause our family a fatal accident. They will not or do not know how to install a hitch that is safe1 hitch buckled, it was repaired it buckled again, replaced it with same kind it buckled. they got camper kept 5 days to replace hitch which only takes one hour, we demmanded and showed up at business to get our camper, the new hitch is not install correctly there are screws missing from main area..we are scared to death to use our 30k camper due to causing a fatal accident for our family of 5, (three children) Please help us, [redacted] (sister) tells us talk to Brother [redacted], [redacted] says talk to [redacted] going back [redacted] she says talk to Mr [redacted] their father, whom is elderly (owner) with alzehiemer and doesn't understand what or where he is? Please help us we can not use our $30,000.00 camper that we have own for one year and we have used it twice in this year due to this hitch! Please help us!!!!Desired SettlementWe cannot get service from this company due to locally owned and the owner elderly man suffers from alzehiemer and the children running business will not help, sister says see brother, brother says see sister...Please help us!Business Response per the hitch instructions the hitch was installed properly; there is a addition feature by the manufacture where the addition of self tapping screws can be added for a stronger attachment to the trailer in which they do not provide in their trunnion style weight distributing kits. This is installed on the snap up brackets on the trailer tongue.
