Mr. V received an insurance check back in Nov to repair damage to my truck.he did do some repairs in Feb. Here it is the end of March and the repairs still are not finished. He's given me because excuse after excuse. I just want my bumper that was paid for threw the insurance company for my truck.
Other (requires explanation) I'd like the new bumper for my truck that the insurance paid for.

I gave the new bumper finally and the customer has been notified. Arrangements have been made to get this completed. She also had a 1000 dollar deductable that I that I was able to waive by doing a change up on repairs.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
He finally finished the work and new bumper also.
