Hi [redacted]Sorry about the delay, this was a difficult one to figure out. The account in question needs to be serviced early in the morning. The truck has to back out into the main road. It's a safety concern for the driver and for Pro Waste Services. We tried to explain that to [redacted], she didn't want...

to her about our issues. We are now picking her around 7am. We will try this way until something goes south. I will keep you and [redacted] informed if something bad happens when we are trying to service customer safely, or we need to change pick up time.Thank you,Don B[redacted]
