June 19, 2016Dear [redacted],As the owner of The Van Cleve Collection Inc for 30 years. I can't recall ever having an issue with the Revdex.com. My sales associate Michelle had spoken to the client on June 14th. She was then off for a few days and did not have the chance to speak with...
me.I feel that the client rushed to judgement, assuming I would do nothing. This is so far from being factual. You don't stay in business as long as I have been by not responding. If she would have given a direct call to me with her concerns. I would have solved the situation on the spot.We certainly, were not trying to hide a size. All garments were tried on by the clients when we receive them in our store. Upon, ordering our vendors assured us that colors chosen were available. The moment we found this not to be a fact we called the client with other color options.Of course, I want the client to be happy, why would not? The client was in my store several times and seemed fine. Please send my regrets to the client. I would like her to return the garment unworn and I will give her a full refund.Thank YouDeborah V
