Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], **d find that this resolution isn't exactly satisfactory to me. I did fix the problem myself. The internal mechanism of the switch was broken as if it had it been hit with some force ,possible directly on the button, breaking some plastic that holds the switch on place. The odds of this happening by normal use is almost impossible. And V[redacted]'s saying it just happen to happen while they had my car is unacceptable. However after the owner of the business called me and repeatedly used fowl language towards me instead of handling this like a business owner should, I decided to fix the problem myself. Todd V[redacted] was extremely rude and kept trying to provoke me in his long winded one way conversation towards me. I will never do business here again.Sincerely, [redacted]

We cleaned Mr. [redacted] car on 6-25-2016. He had called us on 6-28-2016 stating that he wasmissing a flash drive with music on it and wanted to know if we had found it. We asked our interiorworkers and they said they did find one but it was the...

wrong. We continued to look but without any lucktold Mr. [redacted] that we did not find it.
Please keep in mind that we have a large sign that is posted in our front lobby store that clearly states"we are not responsible for lost or stolen items". But to keep in good standing with our customers wedecided to make him an offer as he seemed to be very upset about losing his music. We told him that wewould give him $20 to buy a new flash drive and there was a deal that gives you in fact the capability ofdownloading 20,000 songs and he refused this offer.
We never received any complaints from him about the detailing that was done, so therefore we believethat giving a full refund for the detail that was done would not apply in this situation. As far as we areconcerned there is nothing else that we can offer. For the record we must mention that this service thatwas performed on Mr. [redacted] vehicle was already pre-paid from a gift certificate that was given as agift for for Father's Day. It is our company policy that states we do not give refunds on gift certificates.
