As I stated in my response to the Attorney General, the visor is 100% correct and exactly what they orderedThe pictures that they sent to me and the Attorney General were posed in a way to make it look like the visor does not fit.My website clearly states and always has stated “no refunds' reason being these are handmade custom parts that made to orderI have sold a substantial amount of these visors and never received any negative response from my customers.I contacted the WV Attorney General's office this morning and they have closed the case due to insufficient evidence on the [redacted] 's part.As far as I am concerned and the Attorney General, this matter is closed

I am rejecting this response because: There is no resolution for problem just ranting and raving. I would like him to pay for half of the shipping and the insurance. The problem would go away as he says.
